I love and iced coffee, but really don't need a full 16 ounce iced coffee like, ever. That's why I like to combine ice coffee with complimentary things, like lemonade and yes, horchata. Which they sell here! I had a medium horchata iced coffee which was roughly fifty/fifty. It cost seven bucks. It was yum, though to be entirely fair I can make a slightly worse version and most 7 eleven locations for two bucks. They also have tons of fun and fancy type drinks! Also it's the only decent coffee shop I've found in central San Fernando that's not a Starbucks. Also they open at 9 am now, for years it was later than that.

My wife and I discovered the Horchateria Rio Luna through Instagram, and it has quickly become our addiction! The Horchata Steamer and the Horchata drink itself are absolutely amazing. The taste is so authentic—it really feels like you're sipping on a traditional, homemade horchata. We've also tried the green chilaquiles, which are perfectly crunchy and fresh, and you can choose the egg exactly how you like it. It's honestly so good. As someone with a major sweet tooth, I appreciate that I can indulge here and still feel great, unlike the usual chain coffee shops we try to avoid. From the very beginning, the customer service has been incredibly friendly and sweet—always making us feel welcomed. The atmosphere of the place is like a modern coffee shop but with tons of cozy, homey touches that hit close to home. The music always sets the perfect vibe, and the art on the walls is such a nice touch to the space. Overall, this place is a must-visit! Whether you're a horchata fan or just looking for a chill spot to hang out, Horchateria Rio Luna will not disappoint.

After a few years of not coming here, I finally decided to give it another try after my Pilates instructor told me that they had delicious sweets. My go to orders are rose , hot brewed coffee, sausage burrito, chilaquiles and tres leches cake. Staff are friendly especially the nice gentleman that even remembers my name lol. I will continue supporting this cafe.

I had a Mazapan latte in San Diego and it was the best latte I’ve ever had so I was looking for one in LA when I came across this one. Great atmosphere inside and out with patio seating. I didn’t get to try the food but I will next time! It was delicious and took care of my cravings. Fast service, friendly staff and delicious drinks. I highly recommend.

A friend suggested this place and I’m impressed. The horchata is best I’ve ever had and the freshly made churros is utterly delicious. I also also the staff for some extra sugar and cinnamon and they hooked it up! My friend ordered the strawberry paleta drink and tasted exactly like it sounds...so yummy!

Its in a little community square with the library and some other things, just a wonderful space. My wife is lactose intolerant and they accidentally put the ice cream (!!!) in her drink, which they remade for free no questions asked. They are super nice and the coffee slaps. Can't wait to try their food!

Came here after lunch on Sunday. This is a great place if your sweet tooth has a craving. The menu has some great hot and cold drinks. I ordered the Mazapan frappe, it was great and not too sweet.

One of my favorite cafes in the area! Every drink I've tried has been delicious. Haven't tried the food yet but the flan and tres leches have been great as well!
